AZTEC — Aztec library staff hopes two drives can make a difference. The library is in the midst of a book drive to benefit area families and promote literacy. It also is collecting cans to benefit ECHO Food Bank. But there’s a twist, or a perk to many. One can of food, through the end of December, is equal to $1 in library fines.
